These terms apply to your use of milwaukeewebuyjunkcars.com and to any vehicle you sell to Milwaukee We Buy Junk Cars (“we,” “us”). By using our website or selling us a vehicle, you agree to these terms.

Offers

Offers are based on the information you give us about the vehicle, including its year, make, model, condition and completeness. If the vehicle does not match what was described — for example, missing parts, different damage or a different vehicle — we may revise or withdraw the offer before pickup. An offer is not final until the vehicle is picked up and payment is made.

Proof of ownership

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or legally authorized to sell it. We require a valid government-issued photo ID and a title, registration or other documents showing ownership. We can buy some vehicles without a title, but only after ownership is verified to our satisfaction.

We do not buy stolen vehicles or vehicles the seller is not authorized to sell. We may decline or cancel any purchase, at any point up to and including pickup, if ownership cannot be verified. All purchases follow Wisconsin motor vehicle and title requirements.

Liens

You must tell us about any loan or lien on the vehicle. If there is a lien, we may require a lien release or other proof that the loan has been paid before we can complete the purchase.

Pickup and towing

Towing is free within our service area, and no towing charge is taken out of your offer. You or an authorized person should be present at pickup to hand over the keys and paperwork. The vehicle must be in a location our truck can safely reach, and you must have the right to let us access that location.

Payment

We pay cash at the time of pickup, once the paperwork is complete and ownership is verified.

Your responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup, including the glove box and trunk. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Remove your license plates and handle them as required by the Wisconsin DMV.
• Contact your insurance company about the vehicle after the sale.
• Complete any seller steps required by the Wisconsin DMV.
